Help

Each task needs one worker for its whole duration. A worker can do only one task at a time. Some tasks must wait for others to finish. Choose a worker and start time for every task. Times are whole-number units; a task cannot be split or paused. The target is the exact shortest finish for these tasks. A valid plan can be kept even if it misses the target. First checks and help remain in the result.
