QuickenBrain is made by Studio AM. These terms cover the website at quickenbrain.com and QuickenBrain membership. Using the site means you accept them.
Who may use QuickenBrain
You must be at least 13 to use QuickenBrain. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to buy membership. Where local law requires a higher age or parental consent for an account or a particular data use, those requirements also apply.
What is free
Lessons, guides and reading passages are free to read. Without an account you get 3 practice rounds a day; with a free account you practice without limits. Exam practice tests require membership. A free account also keeps your progress on every device, and opens the all-round and area tests with saved results and reviews, the guided programs, the reading questions, Today’s timed set and the Weekly Aptitude Test. Without an account, a practice round counts when it starts, and the day turns at 00:00 UTC. The privacy page explains the records used to approve rounds.
We may add, change or retire practices. We try to keep the site working and available, but we do not promise it will never be down or that it is free of faults.
What QuickenBrain is not
QuickenBrain is for interest and enjoyment. A score describes the task you played, at the settings you chose, on that day. It is not an IQ test, not a measure of overall intelligence and not a health, cognitive or medical assessment. We make no claim that practicing here improves attention, memory or reasoning in daily life, at school or at work.

Membership
Membership is a subscription: US $9.99 per month or US $59.99 per year. These prices took effect on . The monthly plan starts with a free trial of 3 days; the yearly plan has no trial. Members take the full exam practice tests inside the test-preparation programs, with saved results and reviews. The all-round and area tests, with their saved results and reviews, are free with an account. Prices are in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. A supporter membership bought earlier counts as membership for as long as it runs.
Membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your membership immediately: you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
The monthly plan’s free trial lasts 3 days. You give a card at checkout, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise the first monthly payment is taken when it ends, and the plan renews each month until you cancel. The free trial is offered once per person: if you have had a membership or a trial before, the first monthly payment is taken at checkout. There is no lifetime plan.
Sign-in uses a six-digit email code, with no password. If you start checkout while signed in here, membership stays with that account, even if you pay with a different email. If you start checkout while signed out, membership follows the payment email. Keep access to your sign-in email. We cannot move a membership to a different address without being able to verify both.
Your account holds a keyed hash of your address. While you are signed in, it also holds a copy of your practice history and progress, so they are the same on every device you sign in on. The copy stays until you delete the account. The privacy page says what the account and this browser store. The server also records the approval of each new round, as described on the privacy page.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every QuickenBrain purchase. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues the receipt, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and manages cancellations and refunds. Your card details never reach Studio AM.
Our refund position is in the refund policy. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights than that policy, those rights apply.
If we fully refund your current membership period, access for that refunded period ends. Your account and previously saved results remain available. Partial refunds and refunds for an earlier period are reviewed individually and do not automatically end current access.
If a renewal payment fails, access is based on the period already paid for. While the subscription is still active or awaiting a renewal payment, access may continue for up to 72 hours after that period ends. This grace does not apply to canceled subscriptions or those marked unpaid or expired by Lemon Squeezy. Canceled subscriptions keep access until the end of the paid period. A successful payment restores access once confirmed.
We may change prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will say so before the change affects a renewal.
Using the site fairly
Please do not try to break the site, get around its limits, scrape it in bulk, or use it in a way that stops other people using it. Please do not present QuickenBrain results as a professional or clinical assessment of anyone.
We may end a membership or block access if the site is being attacked or abused. If we end a paid membership for that reason, we refund the unused part of the period.
Do not impersonate someone, use a nickname containing another person’s private information, or send unlawful, threatening or abusive material through feedback or other submission features. You keep any rights you have in material you submit. We use it only to provide the requested feature, respond to you and operate the service as described in the Privacy page.
A security or abuse investigation may require temporary suspension. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to contact us to challenge the decision. This does not remove your statutory rights or the unused-period refund described above.
Service and responsibility
We aim to provide the described service with reasonable care. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page is free of mistakes. Please tell us about a problem so we can investigate. Any mandatory rights to a service that meets its description and to a remedy for faults still apply.
To the extent the law allows, we give no additional warranties beyond these terms and your mandatory rights. We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. This personal-use service is not offered for business use, and we do not accept responsibility for business losses where the law permits that exclusion. Nothing excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. For a change that materially affects members, we will tell members by email before it takes effect for their next renewal.
