One answer, reached by reasoning alone. No guessing.
How to solve
- A clue as big as the grid: you see every tower, so the heights rise one by one from that side.
- A clue of 1: only the nearest tower shows, so the tallest tower stands right next to it.
- A big clue keeps tall towers back. With a clue of 3, at least two towers stand in front of the tallest.
- Fill what is forced: a square with one height left, or a height with one square left in its row or column.
Select a clue to see its line from that side. Solid towers are seen; hatched ones are hidden.
