Picture folding the flat pattern along its dashed lines, with the printed side outside. Solid lines are cut edges. Each question says what to pick: the solid a pattern makes, the pattern that folds into a solid, or the drawing of a folded pattern.

Help

A pattern is the outside of a solid laid flat. When it folds, every face turns along its dashed line, and every cut edge meets another cut edge of the same length. A pattern folds into the solid only if every face lands on its own side, each side once. A pattern that cannot fold uses the same faces, with one hung where it would fold onto a side another face already covers. The wrong drawings turn the pointer toward another edge, or set the dot near another edge. Each question has exactly one right answer.

Each round has six questions and no time limit. Choosing an answer locks it. Review the steps, then move to the next question. Finish all six to save the round. Active time includes reviewing the steps, but does not count time when this page is hidden. Speed does not affect your score.

Use Tab and Enter or Space to choose an answer. The number keys also select answers, except when another control is focused. After an answer, Enter goes to the next question.
