The short version
If QuickenBrain membership is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email contact@studioam.art from the address you paid with, or reply to your purchase receipt. Telling us the date of the payment helps. We aim to reply within a few working days.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for QuickenBrain. Refunds are issued through them and go back to the card or account you paid with. How long the money takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few working days.
Renewals
Membership renews automatically until you cancel. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Cancelling on its own does not produce a refund. It stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. That is deliberate: you paid for that time, so it stays yours.
If we fully refund your current membership period, access for that refunded period ends. Your account and previously saved results remain available. Partial refunds and refunds for an earlier period are reviewed individually and do not automatically end current access.
After 14 days
We will still read your message. Studio AM is two people, and a fair case matters more to us than a rule. But outside 14 days a refund is a decision rather than a guarantee.
Your legal rights
Where you live may give you stronger rights than this policy, such as a statutory right to cancel a purchase made online. Those rights come first, and nothing here reduces them. In the EU, the UK and other places with a similar right of withdrawal, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and may also apply its own policies, and may refund a payment where it is required to.
Free access
Lessons, guides and reading passages are free to read. Without an account you get 3 practice rounds a day; with a free account you practice without limits. Exam practice tests require membership. The monthly plan starts with a free trial of 3 days. Cancel before it ends to avoid a charge. Free use and a canceled trial have no payment to refund; this policy covers membership payments.
