One note is written on the staff. Count the lines and spaces from the bottom, then choose its name.

Help

Each clef fixes where the letters sit. In the treble clef the lines are E G B D F from the bottom and the spaces are F A C E. In the bass clef the lines are G B D F A and the spaces are A C E G. Ledger lines carry the same order on past the staff. The octave number changes at C, so the note just below C4 is B3. The note plays when you answer, and you can turn Sound off before you start.

Each round has six questions and no time limit. Choosing an answer locks it. Review the steps, then move to the next question. Finish all six to save the round. Active time includes reviewing the steps, but does not count time when this page is hidden. Speed does not affect your score.

Use Tab and Enter or Space to choose an answer. The number keys also select answers, except when another control is focused. After an answer, Enter goes to the next question.
