What the move letters mean

How this data is usedHelp
Each letter names a face: U top, D bottom, L left, R right, F front, B back. A plain letter turns that face a quarter turn clockwise as you look straight at it. A prime mark turns it a quarter turn the other way. A 2 turns it half way round. A letter in the sequence names a face, and a letter on a sticker names its color. Only the top, front and right faces are drawn. On a solved cube the faces you cannot see are yellow at the bottom, blue at the back and orange on the left. Standard asks for three quarter-turns from a solved cube. On the hardest level, start after three scrambling moves and follow four quarter-turns. Some stickers may arrive from a face you cannot see. Work out the stickers you can and match those. Every sticker prints the first letter of its color, so the picture reads without color. This is a reading drill and not a solving method.
Each round has six questions and no time limit. Choosing an answer locks it. Review the steps, then move to the next question. Finish all six to save the round. Active time includes reviewing the steps, but does not count time when this page is hidden. Speed does not affect your score.
Use Tab and Enter or Space to choose an answer. The number keys also select answers, except when another control is focused. After an answer, Enter goes to the next question.
